It is the purpose and goal of Strasbourg Bible Camp to provide a Christian atmosphere where staff can effectively interact together to promote the Gospel and disciple campers. This Code of Conduct is not meant to be exhaustive and is not restricted to the following areas. As Christians, we need to be sensitive to the needs of those around us; especially when we are in a position of ministry. For this reason the following Code of Conduct has been adopted by Strasbourg Bible Camp. It is expected that all staff will follow this Code of Conduct while working at Strasbourg Bible Camp.
Please read this Code of
Conduct carefully before signing the commitment portion of the

- Harassment / Abuse
- At Strasbourg Bible Camp, we want to maintain an atmosphere that is free from all forms of Harassment and Abuse. This includes sexual, emotional, verbal, physical and racial abuse. A Harassment / Abuse policy will be distributed to all staff prior to their acceptance. Failure to comply with this policy while on staff at Strasbourg Bible Camp may result in dismissal. Sexual interaction of any kind between staff and campers is strictly prohibited.
- Sexual Conduct & Activity
- It is expected that while working on staff at Strasbourg Bible Camp, all staff will avoid any sexual conduct or activity with other staff (outside of the marriage relationship). This includes all public displays of affection (i.e. kissing, holding hands, and back rubs). Any staff / camper dating relationships are strictly forbidden. Failure to comply with this policy while on staff at Strasbourg Bible Camp may result in dismissal.
- Usage of Alcohol & Illegal Drugs
- While working at Strasbourg Bible Camp, all staff are to abstain from the usage of alcohol and illegal drugs and this usage will not be tolerated. Failure to comply with this policy while on staff at Strasbourg Bible Camp will be grounds for immediate dismissal.
- Smoking
- Strasbourg Bible Camp is a non-smoking facility.
- Appearance of Evil
- It is expected that while working at Strasbourg Bible Camp all staff will conduct themselves consistent with a desire to live a Christ-like lifestyle (see Ephesians 5:1-2). Failure to comply with this policy while on staff at Strasbourg Bible Camp may result in dismissal.
