Vision Statement
It is the Vision
of Strasbourg Bible Camp to provide a Christ centered atmosphere to fulfill
Matt. 22:37-40 (which says”…love the Lord our God with all our heart,..
Soul…mind…then… love our neighbor as our self”). We desire that all can
passionately glorify God with acceptable conduct while on the camp property. Our
desire is to effectively interact and personally present the Gospel to bring
people to a saving grace of the Lord Jesus Christ and encourage Christian
maturity through obedience to God’s word in a comfortable surrounding.
Christian code of Ethics
To put into practice this mission we are
following these Christian ethics directives for the camp.
Personal Commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ: (John 3:16-17, Romans 6:23;
10:9) As Believers in Christ Jesus who have given our lives to Him we are
seeking to share the gospel with the world through S.B.C.
Commitment to
Prayer: (James 5:16; Philippians. 4:6) We realize that we are depended on
God to fulfill our mission and prayer is a main key to completing our
mission.
Commitment to
the entire Scripture: (11 Timothy 3:16-17; Acts 17:11) We are people of the
Bible and as good stewards of God’s word we seek to study, know and be
equipped to live out His word for His eternal work.
Commitment to Integrity :( 1Corinthians. 10:31; Psalm 15:2; Proverbs10:9) In
all roles of Strasbourg Bible Camp we strive to demonstrate a character of
“doing all unto the Glory of God …seeking His will in all”.
Commitment to
Service: (Matthew20:28; Hebrews 12:28) In our relationships with each other,
we want to demonstrate the Christ like attitude of love, respect and support
in the camp role we are servicing in.
Commitment to Biblical Discipleship :( Ephesians4:1; 5:15; Colossians1:10; 1Thessalonians2:12) We are personally responsible to God and each other to live our lives before men in the highest manner of pleasing God in conduct and personal character.
